The scope of work for each service will be agreed upon at the time of booking and may include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, surface disinfection, and other specified tasks.
Any additional tasks requested outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges. We reserve the right to decline services that fall outside our expertise or pose safety risks to our staff.
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized communication channels. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message detailing the date, time, and scope of service.
We strive to arrive at the scheduled time; however, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or prior job delays may occasionally affect arrival times. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Our pricing is based on the size of the property, type of service requested, condition of the space, and estimated time required. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted if the actual condition of the property differs significantly from what was described.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Late payments may incur additional fees.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
In cases where our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a lock-out fee may apply to cover travel and labor costs.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes ensuring utilities such as water and electricity are functioning properly.
You agree to inform us in advance of any fragile items, delicate surfaces, hazardous materials, or special cleaning instructions. We recommend securing valuables and sensitive items before our team arrives.
We prioritize the safety of both our clients and employees. Our staff is trained in proper cleaning techniques and the safe handling of cleaning products and equipment.
If a property is deemed unsafe due to structural hazards, infestations, biohazards, or aggressive pets, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service without liability.
We aim to deliver high-quality results with every service. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning performed, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the issue and may offer a re-clean of the affected area at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent stains, or areas not included in the agreed scope of work.
While we take every precaution to avoid damage, accidents can occasionally occur. If you believe damage has been caused by our team, you must report it within 24 hours of service completion.
Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, or faulty materials.
We use professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer that we use your own cleaning supplies, you must inform us in advance. In such cases, we are not responsible for the effectiveness or safety of products provided by the customer.
We aim to use environmentally responsible products whenever possible; however, certain jobs may require specialized cleaning agents to achieve proper results.
